Refund policy

We offer a 30-day exchange policy in case you receive a wrong or defective item. Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.


How to Request an Exchange
Please contact us at info.thesleekspace@gmail.com to start the exchange process. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Important Notes

  • Made-to-order items are not eligible for exchange.

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-exchangeable.

  • Order refusal by the customer does not qualify for a refund.

  • Refunds are only applicable if your order has not been shipped within 30 days of purchase.

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues (wrong or damaged items) immediately so we can resolve them promptly.
